Op. Dr. Murat Karakuş was born in Çorum in 1967. After graduating from Bursa Boys' High School and the English-language Faculty of Medicine at Hacettepe University, he completed his compulsory service in Rize in 1993.
Between 1993 and 1999, he completed his residency in Brain, Spinal Cord and Nerve Surgery at Karadeniz Technical University in Trabzon. During this period, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Süleyman Baykal and Prof. Dr. Kayhan Kuzeyli, he devoted himself to neurosurgery, specializing in minimally invasive techniques and non-surgical treatments for lumbar and cervical disc herniation.

On September 12, she came to our clinic with pain radiating from her lower back and hip into her left leg, along with numbness and loss of strength. After the evaluations, nucleoplasty and supportive procedures were applied to the areas causing the pain.
When we visited her at her home in Bayburt on November 19, she told us that her daily movements had become easier and her lower back pain had noticeably decreased.
She came to us with pain radiating down to her left leg and heel for 3-4 months, along with numbness and tingling. A herniated disc was identified at the L4-5 level. Ozone nucleoplasty was performed at the left L4-5 level, together with DRG and RFT procedures.
